Biden says US has obligation to stop global warming, doesn’t mention China:
President Biden on Monday told an anti-global warming conference in Scotland that the US must do more than other countries to curb climate change — without mentioning China, the world’s top greenhouse gas emitter.
Biden touted his legislative “framework” to spend $555 billion on renewable energy and anti-pollution efforts — pitched as part of a larger $1.75 trillion blueprint last week in a bid to end months of gridlock among Democrats in Congress.
“Those of us who are responsible for much of the deforestation and all the problems we have so far have an overwhelming obligations [sic] of the nations who in fact are not there, have not done it. And we have to help much more than we have thus far,” Biden said.
Biden said countries that led the industrial revolution must do more as China blew off the Glasgow gathering.
Chinese President Xi Jinping won’t attend despite the fact that China emits about 30 percent of the world’s carbon dioxide from fossil fuels — or roughly double US emissions. China is also the world’s top methane emitter. --->READ MORE HERE

China ‘Pledges’ to Increase Pollution for Another Decade:
Communist China’s contribution to the COP26 climate conference in Glasgow, Scotland, was an emissions “pledge” that proposed increasing China’s pollution output over the next few years.
Chinese dictator Xi Jinping still claims his country will somehow reverse these trends in a very short period of time and become “carbon neutral” before 2060.
The South China Morning Post (SCMP) on Friday described China’s climate pledge as “modest” and “disappointing” to COP26 climate activists, who are pushing for “net zero” worldwide by 2030.
China, the world’s largest polluter, pumps out more greenhouse gas than all of the other industrialized nations combined. China is currently undergoing a severe energy crisis and last week ordered an “all-out” increase in coal production to fuel its power plants.
The SCMP reported China is trying to placate climate activists by building showpiece wind and solar energy projects – which is nonsensical as anything but theatrics, as solar panels and windmills do not magically absorb the emissions from coal-fired power plants – and stepping up reforestation projects, which do process carbon, but all of the trees in Asia would be very hard-pressed to devour all the gas China will produce as it burns record-breaking volumes of coal. --->READ MORE HERE

Xi Jinping Scolds World on Climate Change While China Keeps Polluting:
Chinese dictator Xi Jinping chose to address the COP26 climate change conference in Glasgow, Scotland, by video link instead of attending in person.
Xi demanded “concrete action” on climate change from the rest of the world, while China hauls record-breaking volumes of coal out of the Earth and pours it into the record-breaking number of carbon-generating coal-fired power plants it built over the past few years.
China’s state-run Xinhua news agency summarized Xi’s remarks without dwelling on how sharply his rhetoric differed from China’s actions: --->READ MORE HERE
