VA Judge Finds Transgender Teen Guilty of Sexual Assault in Loudoun County High School Girl's Bathroom Case
A Virginia juvenile court judge ruled Monday a transgender teen was guilty of sexually assaulting a female classmate at Loudoun County high school last May.
The National Review reports Chief Judge Pamela L. Brooks of the Juvenile and Domestic Relations District Court found there was sufficient evidence to determine the teenager guilty of sexual assault in the case that has received national attention.
The victim, a 15-year-old girl, testified in court that she engaged in consensual sexual activity with the defendant two other times in the girl's bathroom at Stone Bridge High School. But on the occasion in question, she had been violently intimidated to perform sexual acts, the outlet reported.
According to the commonwealth's attorney, the teenager is accused of two separate incidents that happened months apart at different Loudoun County high schools. According to Fox 5, the teen was wearing an ankle monitor for the prior assault at Stone Bridge when he allegedly forced a girl into an empty classroom and groped her at a new school. --->READ MORE HERE

Teen Found Guilty of ‘Forcible Sodomy’ in Loudoun County School Girl’s Bathroom Attack:
A Virginia judge ruled on Monday that a male student at Loudoun County’s Stone Bridge High School is guilty of sexually assaulting a female student in a girls’ bathroom in May.
While gender fluidity was not raised during the hearing, court documents confirm the male suspect was wearing a skirt when the assault took place, reports Yahoo! News, adding that the female victim testified in court that she was violently coerced into performing sexual acts.
The male student, a 14-year-old boy, was later arrested in connection to the case on two counts of forcible sodomy, the Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office said, according to a report by WUSA9.
The teen suspect was found guilty on all charges, reports WJLA 7News I-Team. Sentencing for the student will happen in November, but only after a Loudon County Judge determines the outcome of the second set of charges against the same student involving sexual battery at Broad Run High School. --->READ MORE HERE
