Face masks will never go away until Americans say no:
Republican Gov. Ron DeSantis of Florida has just come under fire — again — from leftists who say his insistence on a return to school absent any face mask requirements is a danger to the nation.
Well, memo to all who are on the fence about face masks: They aren’t going to go away until the people of the United States make them go away. DeSantis is not the enemy here. Politicized, weaponized science is the real threat.
The power of the face mask mandates rests with the people.
How else to explain the unscientifically sound lunacy of requiring face masks for those who’ve been vaccinated — for those who’ve already had COVID-19 — for those who’ve previously tested positive for the coronavirus, and supposedly have a natural immunity?
Medical bureaucrats say the vaccine isn’t 100% effective and to be safe and sure and certain that you’re not spreading the coronavirus to others, you ought to keep the mask in place. On face. Two, if possible. Medical bureaucrats also say the vaccine is effective and that those who have been vaccinated don’t need to wear the face mask. --->READ MORE HERE

Biden admin reportedly mulls mask push amid spike in COVID-19 cases from Delta:
The Biden administration is reportedly considering whether to urge vaccinated Americans to once again wear masks in more settings, amid a nationwide spike in COVID-19 cases from the Delta variant.
Top White House aides are in talks with officials at the US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, which has dropped its mask mandate for vaccinated people, the Washington Post reported, citing a Biden aide and a federal health official.
One idea being mulled would be to ask everyone to mask up when vaccinated and unvaccinated people mix at public venues or indoors, such as at malls or movie theaters, two people familiar with the conversations told the paper.
But at Thursday’s White House Coronavirus Task Force briefing, its head Jeff Zients declined to answer whether discussions about masking policy were going on in the Biden Administration, saying only, “We will continue to follow the CDC on mask guidance.”
Meanwhile, CDC Director Rochelle Walensky insisted at the briefing its mask guidance should remain unchanged for now.
“As we have said consistently the greatest risk right now is to those who are unvaccinated and we have consistently and repeatedly said, if you’re unvaccinated, you need to be wearing a mask to protect yourself and others around you — and we need more people to get vaccinated to stop this pandemic,” Walenksy clarified. --->READ MORE HERE
