An Arizona sheriff says that President Bidens border crisis is worse than the Obama years, as the surge in illegal immigrants hits a 20-year-high, according to the Department of Homeland Security.
Sheriff Mark Lamb of Pinal County told "Fox & Friennds" on Wednesday that it's "ridiculous" and "unfair" that illegal immigrants - many of whom have not been tested for COVID-19 and could be carriers - are able to enter the United States unhindered while schools and businesses remain locked down in many parts of the country. --->READ MORE HERE

The Democratic mayor of a southern border town says he’s incensed over the Biden administration’s handling of the immigration crisis in his backyard — and he’s “pleading” with Washington to do more to stem the stream of migrants pouring into his small city.
“You have a breach on national security levels that have never before been seen in modern history and you’re not even batting an eye about it, you’re not even calling it a ‘crisis‘, you’re calling it a quote unquote challenge,” Mayor Bruno Lozano, a Democrat who represents Del Rio, Texas, told The Post on Sunday.
“It’s a slap in the face.”
Lozano, 38, represents the small locale of just over 35,000 residents and has been trying to get President Biden’s attention since February. --->READ MORE HERE

A sheriff whose county sits on the Mexican border said the new surge of migrants essentially has an open door into the United States — and he believes the “crisis” will only get worse if the Biden administration doesn’t take swift action.
“Now, basically, the border’s open,” Sheriff J.E. Guerra told The Post late Wednesday afternoon shortly after a ride-along with one of the department’s sergeants.
“We’re hopeful with this administration, [Biden’s] got an opportunity starting now but let’s wait and see, they’ve got to make a decision here pretty quick because as long as they think that, ‘Hey, the border’s open,’ here comes the flood, they’ve got to stop that.”
Guerra, an elected sheriff since 2014, explained the US Border Patrol agents that are typically watching the border line and the Rio Grande have been pulled off to man processing stations instead. They’re handling a stream of unaccompanied minors and families who’ve recently been permitted to enter the country under President Biden’s new, relaxed immigration policies. --->READ MORE HERE
Mexico’s President Andres Manuel Lopez Obrador said President Biden's administration created expectations for migrants that led to the crisis at the border.
"Expectations were created that with the government of President Biden, there would be a better treatment of migrants.
