Latest 'COVID relief bill' filled with destructive and odious provisions:
When equal justice, civil disobedience and liberty become entangled
The new Congress seems intent on passing laws that will result in massive civil disobedience.
Most people, when confronted with an unjust law or one that infringes on what they view as an essential liberty, will not take to the streets like a violent Black Lives Matter mob, but instead use passive resistance. The passive resistance can take the form of merely refusing to comply with the demanded action and/or paperwork, or finding legal or illegal ways around the intent of the law.
This past week, Congress passed, and the president signed into law, a $1.9 trillion “COVID relief bill” that had little to do with COVID-19. The legislation was filled with many destructive and odious provisions. One of the most odious measures, which has already received considerable press comment, is an item to forgive debt up to 120% of the amount actually borrowed for “socially disadvantaged farmers or ranchers.”
According to the U.S. code, “The term ‘socially disadvantaged group’ means a group whose members have been subjected to racial or ethnic prejudice because of their identity as members of a group without regard to their individual qualities.” --->READ MORE HERE

White House won’t strip Cuomo of role leading weekly COVID-19 call, Jen Psaki says:
White House press secretary Jen Psaki said Monday that President Biden won’t strip Gov. Andrew Cuomo of his role leading the nation’s weekly COVID-19 coordinating calls with governors — despite prominent New York Democrats calling on him to resign over allegations of sexual harassment and COVID-19 mismanagement in New York.
A reporter pressed Psaki at her daily press briefing on why the beleaguered Democrat is still leading the weekly White House pandemic calls in his role as chair of the National Governors Association, particularly after reports that New York’s state COVID-19 vaccine czar, Larry Schwartz, is asking county officials to affirm their loyalty to the beleaguered governor, appearing to tie pandemic help to Cuomo’s unrelated woes.
Former Vice President Mike Pence previously led the national COVID-19 coordinating calls in his role as chairman of the White House coronavirus task force.
“It would be up to the NGA to determine if they were to make a change on that front. It’s also up to the legislature and others in New York to determine if he still has the confidence of the people in the state,” Psaki said. --->READ MORE HERE
