Report: 150,000 illegal immigrants nabbed at Mexican border in past five months from countries hit by virus

According to the Washington Examiner, in the past five months, 150,000 illegal “immigrants” from 72 nations which have shown cases of the coronavirus have either been apprehended or deemed inadmissible from entering the United States since November, magnifying the fact that the ongoing border crisis is a public health threat.
For all the blustering we have heard from Democrats over the past week or two criticizing President Trump’s handling of the coronavirus, Democrats continue to talk out of both sides of their mouth.
On the one hand, they say that the president didn’t do enough fast enough to control the entry and spread of the virus within the United States.
However, by their own policies which they advocate, open borders, they leave the United States susceptible to exactly the type of illness that they criticize the president for not stopping.
Over half of the nearly 300,000 illegal immigrants apprehended or deemed “inadmissible” this fiscal year came from nations with cases of the coronavirus.
