President Trump Says U.S. Will Stop Releasing Apprehended Migrants Prior to Their Hearings

President Trump said Thursday he wants to keep undocumented immigrants who are apprehended at the border in detention until their asylum or immigration cases are heard, rather than be released into the U.S. while awaiting their hearings.
“The endemic abuse of our asylum system makes a mockery of our immigration system—displacing legitimate asylum seekers—and there are legitimate asylum seekers,” Mr. Trump said in a White House address.
The remarks are the latest in a series of hard-line immigration pledges the president has made ahead of midterm elections next week. It follows on the heels of a plan to send thousands of U.S. troops to support border-control efforts and Mr. Trump’s claim that he intends to use an executive order to end birthright citizenship for children born to illegal immigrants, something legal scholars said would be unconstitutional.

In his heart, Trump is a dictator. He wants to decree, abolish, and be worshiped. He's annoyed by this little this little thing called the rule of law.

I think America is quite tired of his antics. Midterms can't come fast enough. Beto within 3, Abrams tied. Yippee.

The Constitution gives a concrete stipulation: "All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof" are United States citizens. One may not just ignore the Constitutional stipulation. The illegal aliens is NOT subject to the jurisdiction of USA, so they are NOT citizens.

We in America are citizens, not subjects.

C-SPAN Poll: showed 72% of Americans agree with trump ending chain migration citizenship via sneaking into america, to then give birth.

Martha is regularly and consistently anti-America, and a very bitter and cynical person.
