Court Documents: Roy Moore Accuser Has ‘Violent Nature,’ History of Criminal Fraud Against Own Family

Court documents related to Tina Johnson, an Alabama woman who claims that Republican senatorial candidate Roy Moore groped her in his office decades ago, may raise questions about Johnson’s motives in making the accusation.
The documents, reviewed by Breitbart News, show that Moore represented Johnson’s mother in a nasty custody case for Johnson’s then 12-year-old son, Daniel Sitz. In the case, Johnson was repeatedly painted by Moore’s client as an unfit, absent, and unstable mother and was accused of taking her son from his elementary school against his will. Johnson’s mother was ultimately awarded custody in the case.
One affidavit signed by Johnson’s mother while she was represented by Moore accused Johnson of having a “violent nature” and noted that she “has been treated by a psychiatrist when she was approximately 15 years of age.” Johnson was a teenage mother.
Separate criminal documents show that, as late as 2010, Johnson was arrested and pled guilty to felony fraud charges related to checks belonging to a family member. She also entered a court drug program.

A BIG SO WHAT. Leigh Corfman is ENOUGH. She is telling the truth. Moore is lying. Only stupid people would buy the baloney that the media and establishment R's have a conspiracy against Moore. How dumb do some people have to be?

Quite, apparently!

Breitbart, Bosman? Don't understand why you link to them. They are LIARS, with no morals or credibility.

Dear Alabama,

You're dumb. Please get a clue. You're dragging America down with your immoral nonsense.

Roy Moore says there is a conspiracy between WaPo and establishment R's. Oh really. Seems insane, and only a fool could believe it.

You know what the real conspiracy more likely is?

Between Moore and James O'Keefe.

Moore said early on that investigations were being done, and they would release info shortly.

Hmmmm. They never did. Maybe because THERE IS NO INFO that would clear Moore.

Maybe because there was a conspiracy between O'Keefe and Moore.

O'Keefe and co. were caught lying their asses off to the WaPo.

Repubs, you're stupid.

This is not rocket science.

Alabama, get a grip.

Martha, it looks like the anti-Moore coalition is crumbling. He’s in the lead now and the Democrat scandals have wiped his scandal off the front page. God must be on our side.

Moore is one of the last Republican politicians I’d vote for. I’d rather have Mo Brooks or even Luther Strange. But compared to Doug Jones who favors full-term abortion and most all other stances on the leftist agenda? Who would vote against conservative judges? I don’t think so.

Hamaca, that’s the crux of the matter. I was for Strange but the voters went with Moore. The liberals manipulated the process and then dropped their October Surprise at the last minute. As I have said before, we are under no compunction without hard evidence, to take a last minute story as fact. Moore must win so the judges can be confirmed. There’s no alternative.

Oh my, how morally bankrupt Trump dingbats have become.

That's what happens when you go down the Trump black hole.

I mean, you didn't care that he is an admitted sexual abuser, so why care about morality now, right?

The "last minute" story shows your Moore is a child-molester.

Go ahead and support him, but do so knowing you're turning a blind eye to child molestation in your own party.

I'd vote for Doug Jones in two seconds flat. No prob.

He is not going to change a single thing about abortion in the us senate.

Supporting an immoral man will do exactly nothing for the pro-life cause.

Moore is a lying dingbat retrobate, just like Trump, but more self-righteous.
