California Has The Most Rights Because The King Lives There

Judge William Orrick has made himself King, overriding the president because he doesn't like Trump's policies.

In April, Federal Judge William Orrick issued an injunction blocking President Trump’s executive order to deny certain funding to sanctuary cities. Now the same judge has permanently blocked the executive branch from exerting its authority under law, effectively making himself King.

“The District Court exceeded its authority today when it barred the President from instructing his cabinet members to enforce existing law,” Department of Justice spokesman Devin O’Malley said in a statement late Monday. “The Justice Department will vindicate the President’s lawful authority to direct the executive branch.”

Orrick’s reason for using blunt force trauma against the Constitution instead of using a scalpel is because he doesn’t like Trump’s policies and the outcomes. Of course, that has nothing to do with the legal interpretation that judges are supposed to follow.
