President-elect Donald Trump is looking into some cuts in the federal workforce.
The Washington Examiner reports that Trump's team is considering discretionary spending cuts that are "as high as 10 percent and staff cuts to 20 percent." They are also looking into "attrition, a hiring freeze and reorganization" to further reduce the federal workforce.
These are not the only cuts that the Trump team is considering. The Daily Wire reported in December that the Trump team is looking to privatize the Department of Veteran's Affairs, the student loan program, infrastructure, and Medicare. Additionally, in January 2016, Trump's campaign proposed steep cuts to the Department of Education and the Environmental Protection Agency, as the Daily Wire explained here.Read the rest of the story HERE.
