It’s the second day of Senator Jeff Sessions’, R-Ala. (C, 78%) attorney general confirmation hearing, and the second day of leftists trying to paint Sessions as a racist.
During his questioning, Senator Ted Cruz, R-Texas (A, 97%) focused his attention on David Cole, a Georgetown Law professor and the national legal director for the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU).
