Jokes aside, there is not a single percentage chance that Cruz could beat Hillary in FL. If the candidate don't beat Hillary in FL, they have absolutely no chance of winning the general. Cruz has no chance whatsoever of winning in FL. Hence, he has no chance whatsoever of winning a general against Hillary.
