It's Donald Trump, Ted Cruz and then everybody else in our GOP Power Rankings this week.
Trump and Cruz top our weekly survey of about 30 smart political types, with Trump edging out Cruz by a hair, taking first place by a single point.
Trump takes the bulk of the first-place votes this week (17 to Cruz's 11, with three for Marco Rubio) but Cruz scored more second-place votes.

Why do people keep lumping Cruz in with Trump. Trump is beating them all nationally by over 20 per cent. Meanwhile, Cruz is essentially tied with Carson and Rubio.
