Syrian Migrants: 'Refugees' or Invaders?

Immigration: In the coverage of the "humanitarian crisis" of hundreds of thousands of Syrian "refugees" flooding Europe's shores, no one in the mainstream media has described them as Muslim. Does it matter? Absolutely.

An estimated 4 million have fled Syria since 2011, when the country spiraled into civil war and President Obama's missteps fueled the chaos. America already has accepted 1,243 of them this year.

We applaud her stand. It's a tough one to take against the heartbreaking photos of children dying while trying to relocate and against fellow Republicans, like Ohio Gov. John Kasich, claiming that the U.S. has "a responsibility in terms of taking in some more folks."

Fiorina smartly cautions that we have to weigh national security issues against humanitarian concerns. The former Hewlett-Packard chief executive argued that agents from the Islamic State and other Mideast terror groups could easily slip through security.
"I think the United States, honestly, sadly, cannot relax our entrance criteria," Fiorina said on CBS' "Face the Nation." The U.S. should be "very careful about who we let enter this country from these war-torn regions to ensure that terrorists are not coming here."
While the White House insists each refugee case is carefully vetted before applicants are allowed into the U.S., FBI officials say that's just not happening.
