Election 2016: An escaped Mexican drug lord whose cartel specializes in tunneling illegals into the U.S. and corrupting officials with cash threatens GOP candidate Donald Trump for saying so. Seems Trump is hitting the target.
It's one thing for Trump to get tut-tutted for blunt comments about illegal immigrant criminals from the likes of Jeb Bush, La Raza, Macy's or a Miss Universe.
It's quite another to get them from Chapo Guzman, the Sinaloa cartel kingpin who's actually shipping thousands of illegal immigrants into the U.S., fully cognizant that his lucrative business is being threatened.
Within 48 hours of his escape from a Mexican prison, Guzman was on Twitter, tweeting obscenity-filled rants at Trump for his remarks about illegals and warning him to shut his mouth.

It's not surprising, given that Guzman's empire takes in about a third of its "earnings" from human trafficking and takes a cut of smugglers' fees for border crossings.
