One a Terrorist...One a Traitor...and the Sentence Should Be the Same

It took two days in what should have been a cut and dry case but ultimately Dzhokhar Tsarnaev was found guilty of
all 30 counts against him, and now rightly faces a possible sentence of
death based upon 17 of those counts...counts which include the use of a
weapon of mass destruction, conspiracy, and the murder of an MIT
police officer.And with silence enveloping the courtroom Tsarnaev stood...his head bowed and his hands clasped together...as justice was served. This man...whose now-wasted life is the epitome of pure evil...deliberately and with malice caused the death of three innocent bystanders...including eight year old Martin Richard whom he placed the bomb beside...along with critically injuring 260 others. And MIT police officer Sean Collier also died as a result of his actions in his trying to escape the area.
By now we all know the story well about how a beautiful spring day in April 2013
turned into something that can only be described as a page out of hell
as two brothers set off a bomb on Boylston Street near the finish line
of the Boston Marathon....a makeshift, pressure-cooker, nail-laden type of bomb meant to cause as much bloodshed and carnage as
possible. And we know that Dzhokhar Tsarnaev...an ethnic Chechen who
immigrated from Russia with his family a decade earlier...was a true
believer in radical islam and in jihad as he saw jihad as the best way to
avenge what he said was “wrongful harm” done by the U.S. against
muslims. Joining his older brother Tamerlan in carrying out the attack,
we know that the elder Tamerlan...killed in a shootout with police
NOT too many days after the attack...was the mastermind who lawyers
tried to claim controlled and manipulated his younger brother.
And
so with NO real doubt about his guilt...NOT with the government
calling 92 witnesses versus only four witnesses being called by
Tsarnaev's lawyers...NOT with over 4,000 hours of surveillance tape that
left little doubt about his part NOT only in the bombing itself
but also in the murder of the MIT officer...and NOT with a letter
admitting guilt penned by Dzhokhar himself being found in the boat
he hid in after his brother was killed...the only thing worse than the
actual acts committed is the fact that if even one juror opposes the
death penalty it would spare this bastard his life. And that would
result in our taxpayer dollars being wasted on this piece of human
garbage as he sits in a cushy jail cell for many decades as life without
parole is the only other sentence option on the table with sentencing
expected by early this summer.
And what of islam and its connection to the case of U.S. Army deserter Bowe Bergdahl for whom Obama traded five high-ranking Taliban leaders...traded these most dangerous of men three of whom have attempted to return to their terrorist ways. Remember, Obama made a promise early on in his presidency that he would clear out GITMO...for with these detainees is where his true allegiances lie...caring NOT about the ramifications his actions would have on our troops.
And this specific case of an American traitor brings to light the fact that the traitor occupying the White House broke the law himself in his unilaterally authorizing the release of the five Taliban detainees without first consulting Congress as required by the National Defense Authorization Act...the very Act that requires the president to notify Congress 30 days before releasing a prisoner from GITMO. And while those on the left claim that Obama as Commander-in-Chief had a responsibility to bring Bergdahl home by any means possible...as in America leaves NO man behind...that should apply only to those held prisoner NOT of their own free will and NOT to the likes of Bowe Bergdahl...a man who voluntarily went over to the Taliban...a man who voluntarily chose to commit an act of treason of his own free will.
And lest we forget the now infamous White House Rose Garden ceremony where Obama said the prisoner held for
five years by the Taliban was NOT “forgotten by his country”...a ceremony where
Bergdahl's bearded father...who had tweeted then deleted the following
message: “I am still working to free all Guantanamo prisoners. God will
repay for the death of every Afghan child, amen!”...had the audacity to
recite these words in Arabic...“bism allah alrahman alraheem”...which
means “in the name of allah the most gracious and most merciful”...words
that open every chapter of the qur’an except the 9th chapter of the
sword...words that actually sanctified the White House...the American
People's House...in the name of allah...thus claiming it for islam...and
where Barack HUSSEIN Obama had the nerve to stand there with a sly

Also, remember when then National Security Advisor Susan Rice defended
both the Bergdahl trade and Bergdahl himself, saying he had served with“honor and distinction” proving that with this White House it is more
honorable to go against America...to defame, mock, and slander her
and her actions...than it is to defend her. Just a case of yet another
one of Obama's fellow traitor's true colors showing through. And lest we
forget how NOT only Obama himself but State Department
spokesmouth Marie Harf basically called Bergdahl's platoon mates...who publicly accused him of
desertion after he was 'celebrated' by the White House...liars.
And
while Bowe Bergdahl has proved himself to be an American traitor in
most people's eyes by his
very act of desertion, Barack HUSSEIN Obama has shone the world that his
administration has initiated a reversal in a major and important U.S.
policy...a long-held policy that America does NOT negotiate with
terrorists. Basically NOT only giving terrorists the go-ahead to take
American hostages...both military and civilian...but that if they do we
will trade yours to get back
ours NO matter the dangers yours might pose to ours.How far we have fallen with this man as America's steward.
And in my opinion death for both cannot come soon enough...Dzhokhar Tsarnaev believes in jihad then let him die quickly for his act of jihad for according to the qur'an jihad demands that he die. And for American traitor Bowe Bergdahl...let him meet his maker and take his traitor of a father with him for the time of America coddling her enemies friends must come to an end or it will be the end of America.
It really is that simple.
