OBAMAdeal: U.S. says one thing, Iran say another .. And Obama calls this an Agreement?

Less than 24 hours after global officials met in person to complete the outline of a nuclear accord with Iran, they clashed across the oceans over the details, suggesting a tough course to June 30, the deadline for a final deal.
Differences in the interpretation of what was achieved this week began emerging as the week ended. In Tehran, Iranian negotiators challenged U.S. statements that the agreement merely provided for the “suspension” of international economic sanctions against Iran once inspectors certify the country’s compliance with terms of the agreement.
“The EU will TERMINATE the implementation of ALL nuclear-related economic and financial sanctions,” Foreign Minister Javad Zarif said in a Twitter message, according to state media.
Responding in Washington, acting State Department spokeswoman Marie Harf said the U.S. interpretation, calling for a more cautious rollback of sanctions, was the correct one.
“Suspension is obviously the first step,” she said. “In terms of U.S. sanctions, it’s suspension and then later termination to ensure that Iran has abided by its commitment.”
The spat spoke to Iranian wishes to avoid spelling out details at this stage to prevent domestic critics of the diplomacy from picking over Tehran’s concessions. In Washington, by contrast, the Obama administration cited details of the agreement in an effort to show that it could be effective in neutralizing any potential nuclear threat.
The exchange pointed to the series of complex and politically volatile issues diplomats must resolve by June 30, filling in the general parameters reached in Switzerland on Thursday through detailed technical agreements known as annexes.
