Romney and Carson Lead the GOP Pack in 2016 Poll

Nearly a third of Republicans surveyed by CNN said they prefer a 2016 presidential candidate who faces long odds to reaching the nomination.
The network’s poll found 20% support – by far the most – for 2012 nominee Mitt Romney, who has maintained over and over again that he’s not running for president. Second place: Ben Carson, the retired pediatric neurosurgeon who has never sought office before. He received 10% support.
No other candidate received more than 9% support.
