I wouldn't put Cruz at 8. Don't think he'll get the nom, but I'd still put him top 3 given that the base loves him, so do much of the big talk radio hosts, plus nearly all other candidates have some sort of amnesty issue to answer for.

Don't think Kasich has got an 'it' factor (neither do Walker) to go all the way. Given he's from OH however, and should be a re-elected Gov, I wonder if he could wind up on someone's very very short VP list.

Who knows what will happen to Rubio if he did decide to run? Could completely go either way if he do choose to run. Amnesty will be a howler, but show me another potential runner without some sort of amnesty issues to deal with, save Cruz perhaps. Still, Rubio is a complete natural with a likable persona, which matters a lot. How much money Rubio initially gets could be a deciding factor to how well he'd do. LOts of early big $ to fend off the early amnesty attacks would be essential, and if he then survived and did well in the early races, amnesty issues will become more 'heard that all before' news, as the race wears on past super Tuesday, say.

Still not convinced that J-E-B is #1, even if he does run.
Epic 'been there, done that' with the Bush name, plus all sorts of policy issues. However, could the concerted effort by the RNC to shorten the debate amounts etc etc lead to an even more striking than normal case of whoever gets the bigger $ wins it all the way? And I don't think there's anyone who wouldn't admit J-E-B wouldn't get big $

CC is another 'who knows' case.

I'd vote jeb in a microsecond. Or Christy. Portman is good as is Pence and Ryan. The others... nope.
