The UN turned Rockets discovered in a Gaza School Back over to Authorities (Hamas)

A UN agency is under criticism after it handed over rockets found in a UN-funded school in Gaza to local police who are alleged to report to Hamas.
The United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees condemned the storing of 20 rockets in one of the schools, but instead of turning them over to a neutral party, handed them to the local police force, which was established by Hamas, the <>Times of Israel is reporting.
“The rockets were passed on to the government authorities in Gaza, which is Hamas. In other words, UNRWA handed to Hamas rockets that could well be shot at Israel,” a senior Israeli official told the Times.
