Condoms Kiddies?

A school district in Oregon has said it will start allowing condoms to be handed out to kids as young as sixth grade.
Nine girls, or 5%, of the Gervais School District’s female students in grades 6 through 12 became pregnant during the 2013-2014 school year, Superintendent Rick Hensel told the Statesman Journal.

According to KGW, the plan is to have trained teachers, counselors or staff members distribute condoms only after they have a discussion with the student.
The school board passed the motion earlier this month.
