Ted Cruz rallies in Texas For School Choice (2 videos included)

Party lines intersected at Minute Maid Park Saturday as two top Texas politicians came together to promote school choice.
Republican U.S. Sen. Ted Cruz and Democratic U.S. Rep. Sheila Jackson Lee shared a stage during a rally to kickoff National School Choice Week, an awareness campaign slated to include roughly 5,550 events around the country.

Cruz emphasized that all children, regardless of their families' economic backgrounds, should be given educational options.
