However Pablo, you do need to add a bit of balance to your argument.
The House passed many a CR asking to fund all other aspects of the FED which were shutdown, but Reid would not put them to vote.
If all of the House CRs would have passed (i.e Reid would have agreed to fund ALL aspects of the FED contained in the House CRs), what would have the $ figures you quoted have looked like then? What would the furlonged number been like then- when ALL gov aspects (parks, everything expect ObamaCare) were funded?
I am the first to voice criticism at the Cruz worshippers, but there are other aspects that you have not commented upon in your argument.

Oh man. I haven't read this kind of sarcasm is a long time. This article is pure comedy. Cruz tries to save the country from ObamaCare which has already cost untold amounts of money, but a few weeks of a less than 15% shutdown of government somehow trumps all that.
