Israel's Benjamin Netanyahu urges America's Jews and Supporters to "stand up and be counted" against Obama's emerging deal with Iran (Video 11-10-13)

Israel escalated its campaign against the Obama administration's negotiations with Iran, turning to a U.S. domestic audience to pressure the White House for a tougher deal before the next round of talks with world powers.
Speaking to the General Assembly of Jewish Federations of North America in Jerusalem, Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu on Sunday urged U.S. Jews to "stand up and be counted'' against the Obama administration's emerging deal with Iran.
"It's a bad and dangerous deal that deals with a thing that affects our survival,'' said Mr. Netanyahu. "And when it comes to the survival of the Jewish people and the Jewish state, I will not be silenced, ever. Not on my watch. When the Jewish people were silent on matters that related to our survival, you know what happened.''
Earlier Sunday, Israeli Economics Minister Naftali Bennett told Israel Army Radio that he would lobby members of dozens of members of Congress to explain the security ramifications for Israel. Such a campaign would mark a rare intervention by the Israeli government into U.S. domestic politics.
Ties between Mr. Netanyahu and the Obama administration deteriorated last year when the Israeli leader embraced Republican presidential hopeful Mitt Romney during the campaign. President Barack Obama and Mr. Netanyahu have since sought to repair relations.

Yes, I hope he does lobby Congress. For crying out loud, what is happening.
