A 12-year-old Connecticut girl was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct Tuesday after police say she bullied a fellow female classmate to the point that the alleged victim told her parents she was considering suicide.

Stamford Police Lt. Diedrich Hohn said administrators at the private middle school in Stamford tried to deal with the problem, but called police Sept. 20 when the bullying intensified.
Hohn would not give details about the harassment but authorities have said no physical contact occurred between the two. He said the girl was released into the custody of her parents.
CBS affiliate WFSB reports the two eighth graders attended Trailblazers Academy and had been friends since sixth grade. However, school officials reportedly said there was a recent disagreement between the two.Read the rest of the story HERE and watch a related video below:

The answer is Yes.
And I wish someone had arrested the boys & girls who bullied me when I was 12...
Perhaps a good spanking would solve it.
