Ted Cruz jumped the shark. I was not a fan of defund, but for a time there I thought maybe we were going to get something positive out of it. But now, it's pretty clear Cruz is out in the cold, and for good reason.
Rand Paul showed himself to be much more mature and serious than Cruz during the past three weeks.
