Rep. Paul Ryan (R-WI) joins the cry for Kathleen Sebelius to Resign

U.S. Rep. Paul Ryan on Wednesday called on Health and Human Services Secretary Kathleen Sebelius to resign before releasing a letter that asks her to detail costs of the "tech surge" needed to fix the Obamacare website. 
The Janesville Republican also reminded Sebelius of her failure to respond to his previous invitation to testify and repeated requests for information about implementing the health care law.

"The American people have a right to know how your department intends to manage this large, complex program," wrote Ryan, who serves as chairman of the House Budget Committee. "Your continued silence on these important inquires after refusing to testify raises serious questions about the administration's commitment to transparency and accountability." Ryan's call for Sebelius to step down came Tuesday during a call with Virginia Attorney General Ken Cuccinelli, who is in the middle of a tough race for governor.
