Obama Sends German Shepherds to Intimidate Vietnam Veterans at Memorial

As reported by Rep. Steve King (R-IA):

Steve King@SteveKingIA Vietnam Wall entrance is open to all. Guard dog and guards are solely for intimidation. Go in. God Bless 'em.

Despicable. As Rep. King noted, I don't believe they would unleash the dogs. Just go right around them. Maybe even carry some pepper spray, just in case.

Somewhere today I read someone refer to him as A-hole-in-chief. And I agree--times 1000.

I apologize for my profanity. Sorry everyone. There are better ways for me to express my profound anger and resentment towards this president.

Yourtea, King is on your side. He's been fighting to keep the memorials open. He even showed up to the WWII memorial to get the guards to stand down the other day.

RW, I think this whole situation is going to turn on Obama. There's no way he can escape blame for too much longer. It's all going to catch up with him in the next 2 weeks. The only thing that will mess it up now is if Boehner caves and relents. I pray he doesn't, and that Republicans stick together like glue--ALL of them.

We have got to get our debt under control, and stop this president from screwing up what's left of our country with everything we can, and the only way to do it is to be united.

So anyway, the thing that worries me is if Boehner compromises and gets a deal, that the hard right will go bananas. Anything we get at this point is a win, in this environment. We can't expect too much. I hope Ryan knows what he's doing.
