GOP Governors Play neutral while the Democrats go on a full Blown Attack

The nation's governors have joined in a chorus of criticism of the federal-government shutdown, casting it as a symbol of bipartisan dysfunction and warning of cutbacks in services if the standoff drags on.
Among those voicing the sharpest criticism are a band of Republican governors, including likely presidential contenders Bobby Jindal of Louisiana and Chris Christie of New Jersey, who are eager to distinguish their records at home from what they see as the hyperpartisan infighting in Washington.
Many of these governors fear divisive battles within the congressional wing of the GOP could overshadow the image they are trying to establish as pragmatic problem solvers fostering job growth and taming budgets.
Amid the shutdown furor, the country's 30 Republican governors released a manifesto of sorts Thursday drawing a bright line between themselves and the Washington establishment.
"We are no longer going to outsource the Republican brand to the talking heads in Washington," said the release, signed by Mr. Jindal on behalf of the Republican Governors Association. In an interview, Mr. Jindal said "there is only one place where conservative principles are really being applied, and it's in the states, not in Washington."

Democratic governors have been less prone to spread the blame. California Gov. Jerry Brown blamed "extreme radicals" in the GOP, while Maryland's Martin O'Malley singled out the "recklessness" of congressional Republicans.
BINGO!

That's the problem with many GOP Governors and other GOP politicians. They believe People in our party GIVE A CRAP about them being fair by spreading the blame for the shutdown around.

MOST PEOPLE won't remember them trying to be fair. MOST will remember the Democrats comments because...THEY ATTACK! THEY KNOW Their supporters want them to go after the GOP.

I felt the same way during the 2012 election. When Republicans and their pundits felt the need to pick apart everything Romney said, While Democrats and their pundits did nothing but praise Obama and IGNORE his many problems, misspeaks, and shortcomings.

If you're a Republican politician or conservative pundit, ATTACK THE DEMOCRATS, or shut the hell up.

HELLO....is there anyone home?  That's why Democrats win.... they stick together and THEY ATTACK THE OTHER SIDE.

I don't give a rat's ass about GOP Politician's opinions on what Republicans are doing wrong. I WANT TO HEAR THEIR OPINIONS ON WHAT DEMOCRATS ARE DOING WRONG.

We in the GOP need to play the game the way the Democrats do and we may win a few.
