Some are finding it hard to believe that a father who beat up a naked peeping Tom outside his daughters’ window is now facing charges.
According to KRQE-TV, Emilio Chavez III of Albuquerque allegedly beat Dylan Maho so badly after he found the man naked outside his home that he has been charged with aggravated battery. Maho had to be taken to the hospital in critical condition but is now stable.
The incident occurred Thursday around 2:30 a.m. when family members heard something outside of the 13 and 15-year-old girls’ window.

“The bushes were shaking. Then she heard groaning and moaning,” the teenagers’ mother Katrina Chavez told KRQE. “My oldest son went out, said ‘What are you doing?’ and then discovered he was naked.”
A 911 call was made, but when police arrived they found that the girls’ father, brother and a friend had apparently chased Maho down the street. When police found Maho, he had been beaten.
“We have a lot of concerns when victims provoke any kinds of attacks or pursue their attackers even if it’s with good reason, for instance in this situation where you have your children being victimized,” Albuquerque Police Department Officer Tasia Martinez told KRQE.Read the rest of the story HERE.

Isn't protecting their daughters a natural impulse for a father? Beating the guy to death is a little much, but protecting your womenfolk is what is supposed to happen. What business did this guy have to be naked outside the window?
My neighbor is a paramedic. Big strong guy. He told me if he caught someone in his home threatening his wife and daughters he would probably kill him. my husband feels the same way, and these aren't men of violence, they just impure their role is to protect their women. Good for them. I can't believe how many fathers allow their daughters to dress like and act like whores when they show up at jr. high and high school. What are they thinking?

I guess the moral of this story is, if you find a naked pervert hiding in the bushes outside your daughter's window, Don't beat him up....instead, invite him in for a cup of coffee.
I've replayed in my mind a few times what I would do in this case. Not a pretty sight for the families of the perpetrator.
You can't really protect your family anymore, I guess. Very few men, I think, would show restraint.
AZ, yeah, it's crazy what parents let their daughters wear these days. I can't believe the number of times I have been in a dressing room with my daughters and these moms come in and let their daughters try on and buy sleezy clothing. It's just nuts.
