Jindal gave the keynote address at a fundraising dinner for New Hampshire Republican state senators at the Radisson Hotel in downtown Manchester. He spoke about improving education in the country with more school choice and charter schools and the need for Republicans to stop talking about austerity and focus on “growth and opportunity” and growing the middle class.
