My good friend Ronie Berggren - who, fun fact, is the reason I got interested in American politics in the first place - has written a great blog post on Caffeinated Thoughts about why he is a fan of George W Bush:

And when I say a fan, I really mean it - this guy isn't just a random keyboard warrior, he actually travelled to the US in 2004 to campaign for George W Bush in several states.
Trust me, if every American conservative was this passionate, the world would have never heard of Obama...
