And we wonder why so many of our youths today are Punks

It is the following attitude demonstrated by Attorney Arthur Aidala:
Video of teen pranksters smashing gallons of milk in the supermarket went viral, but the case has quickly turned into no laughing matter. The teens are now facing criminal charges. Has the legal system gone too far in trying to prosecute this case?
Arthur Aidala said “yes” on this morning’s Fox and Friends. “What do you want to do next, Gretchen? You want to ban the whoopie cushion?”

Comment about having the teens sweep and clean the store floor for two weeks is about right, with legal fines, etc. But the cleaning is the right step. Nothing cures recklessness faster than making the person experience other people's accidents, etc. When you try to keep something clean, it is amazing how you learn to not like it when it gets messed up. Also, teaching respect for private property is important.

Prosecution, community service, and going on their record are all good measures I'd add to the cleaning I mentioned above, all of these came from posted comments on original Fox Insider article. This is a moral issue. People need to learn moral teachings. Core of all law is moral decisions on wrong and right, decisions based on consensus. Kagan is a nutcase, and Harvard is embarrassing itself with law students who graduate from their institution knowing nothing about the law.

Moral teaching is not necessarily religious, but people can choose for themselves. It isn't the place of the government to tell us what is the right decision.

When we the people decide, we form general consensus and then make laws. The Supreme Court decides if laws violated the Constitution. That is their job. They don't get to make moral decisions for everyone, and it isn't their place to write laws.

If something done violates laws we have, there are other courts and law enforcement officials to enforce the rule of law. We don't want a democracy. That is mob rule, and a very unstable and volatile system where 51% can violate the rights of the 49%.

Much consensus revolves around the golden rule. Application needs general consensus. It isn't for the Supreme Court judges to do applications. They are not gods, and they're too often tyrants. How did our limited government get infinite rights over us, and begin taxing the unborn who aren't represented? Who said the federal government can regulate and regulate with no end in sight? Supreme Court doesn't mind its own business when it should, and it is VERY responsible for the runaway dictatorship we currently face.

The Supreme Court needs to stop "helping" by re-writing bills. ObamaCare is re-written, and as a tax bill it can't get passed the way they did it. It is void. Tax bills are to originate in the House, and ObamaCare didn't.

Supreme Court also has no right to make a new definition for words like marriage.

The Supreme Court has earned very poor marks for their work. The dictator in the White House is evidence. I rest my case.

But there is overwhelming evidence. The Presidency is rogue, and our Congress is taxing without restraint. Infinite taxation is unlimited power and demonstrates utter contempt for property rights and the whole concept of our Constitution for small government.

The Supreme Court is meaningless if they can't stop the over regulation of America. We aren't Europe's backyard to use as they wish. The Supreme Court is useless if they can't even require that basic tenets of the Constitution be observed, like no national police force and no national bank (Federal Reserve). Certainly it is NOT the place of the federal government to regulate education. ABSOLUTELY NOT. No to 'core' program Obama is trying to spread.

But national sovereignty? What is the Supreme Court doing to honor our Constitution on that front???!!!!!!! Where's their ruling against the U.N. making themselves puffed up over us?
