2nd Amendment Story: Sheriff Denny Peyman interview 'On The Record' (full interview 01-14-13)

Sheriff Denny Peyman of Jackson County, VA issued a warning to the feds the other day that ANY law that violates the U.S. Constitution or his state's Constitution, will not be enforced in his county.

It's refreshing to hear this man explain his reasoning for upholding the 2nd Amendment in his state. If only more state officials in other states would demonstrate they had some aggies as well, we'd all be a whole lot safer:

Civil disobedience is what is called for here. The Pres has no right to act without congress, and all of them are limited by the second amendment.
