Rasmussen Poll: I believe Romney is putting CONNECTICUT in play?

These new Romney numbers are again AMAZING for CONNECTICUT. They also seem to indicate that the last 2 polls there were not an outliers. It's not just Rasmussen. Do a search of Connecticut polls on this site.

Head-to-Head: (Previous results from October 10)

Barack Obama 52% (51%)
Mitt Romney 45% (45%)
Some other candidate 1% (1%)
Undecided 2% (3%)

A survey of 500 likely voters was conducted October 21, 2012. The MOE is +/-4.5%.
