Reuters/Ipsos Poll: Obamas leading by 3 Points nationally

Head-to-Head (likely voters):

Barack Obama 48%
Mitt Romney 45%

With Registered Voters:

Barack Obama 47%
Mitt Romney 43%

A survey of 942 registered voters, including 873 likely voters, was conducted September 7-10, 2012. The MOE is +/-3.4%.
