NPR Poll: Obama leading by 2 points nationally


Barack Obama 47%
Mitt Romney 45%
Undecided 5%

With Independents:

Mitt Romney 45%
Barack Obama 40%
Undecided 11%

In Battlegrouns States:
(CO, FL, IA, MI, NV, NH, NM, NC, OH, PA, VA, WI)

Mitt Romney 46%
Barack Obama 46%
Undecided 3%

This Poll's Demographics:

Democrat 36%
Independent 31%
Republican 29%
A survey of 1,000 likely voters, including 462 voters in 12 battleground states, was conducted July 9-12, 2012. The MOE is +/-3.1% among all likely voters and +/-4.56% among voters in battleground states.
