Wolf Blitzer goes fishing: Team Romney's not biting

CNN's Wolf Blitzer tried to throw some bait at Team Romney spokesman Eric Fehrnstrom, but he wasn't biting. When CNN host, Wolf Blitzer, asked the Republican candidate Mitt Romney's senior adviser, Eric Fehrnstrom, about comments made by Allen West in April, Fehrnstrom had this to say:

Hmmmm,

Hey, Anon. Did you see yesterday where Obama tried to "etch-a-sketch" away his comment that the private sector was doing fine?

It is a silly detour for the 2012 campaign, but Allen West is probably correct, and so was McCarthy. Wolfie here is an empty suit.

"Etch-a-sketch" has had its 15 minutes of fame, almost solely among political junkies and their media cohorts. No one else knows or cares about it. Its cameo appearance ended months ago. To keep using this short-lived, worn-out expression--which ordinary people don't view negatively or even associate with Romney--demonstrates just how insular and desperate the Obama team is (similar to the Gingrich and Santorum teams, which also hoped to tank Romney by associating him with a mildly popular child's toy). That's a strategy for you, and you see how well it worked out for Newt and Rick. Keep it up, Obama fans! Etch-a-sketch to your heart's content. You'll need that little toy badly after E-Day 11/6/12.

Senator McCarthy was correct and Wolfe is in error to mock McCarthyism. Here's the story.

A book published in 2006 by M. Stanton Evans called "Blacklisted by History." What the Communist claim McCarthy did to them, is actually what they did to McCarthy. He' been vindicated, and Wolfe needs to keep up.

Ann Coulter called "Blacklisted by History" "the greatest book since the Bible."

For a unique narrative combining current events and history try:

Obama won an election without any executive experience because he blamed Bush. After 3.5yrs he hopes to get re-elected by blaming europe, congress, governors, state & local govt unemployment etc. The American Grown Distractions from the White House won't work this time. Americans see right through it and know Obama is In Over His Head. We need a leader not a reader.
