North Korea's Kim Jung Un's first test fizzles out

"I didn't say I want to launch, I said I wanted lunch"
North Korea effectively completed the hurried transition to its young new leader, Kim Jong Un, on Thursday, as a confrontation with the United States loomed over the North's intent to launch a long-range rocket.
His first test went off with a fizzle:

It is rumored that Kim Jung Un has called in a team from Mattel to correct any problems and to demonstrate their latest technology.
