What a bunch of bunk! To change the cost of gas for Americans we would have to discover so many new sources that it could effect world wide markets. Right now we export more refined product because in our free market oil companies can sell where they want and the international demand outpaces our home demand. We would have to flood the world market and no way are we going to develop enough new sources to do that. Sounds like a High School candidate promising pop machines and more recess. It's bunk! He dishonestly panders like no one else.

Watching Newt Gingrich's video excerpts, the first word that came to my mind was schlub. I looked at the urban dictionary because while the term came to mind, I wasn't certain of its definition, and while it may not be a perfect term, I found a couple of the definitions to be pretty close. 1. Unkempt in appearance, either due to lack of effort or lack of awareness. He's not exactly unkempt, but he slouches in his seat, which is not a good look for a chubby guy. 2. An overweight and ugly man who thinks he deserves to date beautiful thin women. That definition needs no further clarification.

Based on the excerpts located here, I thought Santorum did an okay job, but i didn't like his hypocrisy in calling for managed bankruptcy for the banks instead of a bailout, but just last week he was criticizing Romney for recommending managed bankruptcy for the auto companies (which by the way he also supported).

Any good that Santorum did for himself in this forum, however, was reversed with his appearance on Fox News Sunday with Chris Wallace this morning. He did a pretty bad job there.

I doubt Mitt Romney wouldn't keep his word. Unlike Gingrich and even Santorum, he does have some serious personal dignity. I trust the guy.
