Meghan McCain Gives Romney A Boost, Blasts Gingrich

It looks like Mitt has finally unleashed the heavy artillery. Apparently, she's upset that Newt doesn't take her seriously.
Meghan McCain talks about her "feud" with Newt Gingrich on Friday night's edition of "The Tonight Show" with host Jay Leno: "I said that he was running for president purely for vanity purposes — to sell books, to sell DVDs, which I still believe. Someone told him that, and he was like ‘What would she know?’ and his implication was, like, ‘dumb blond chick, get off TV, what do you know?’ And he just was so — I’m so sick of being talked to like that."
She also had a lot of nice things to say about Romney. Watch...

She reminds me of most female Palin supporters. They shake their head back and forth while they talk.

But, she is not a Palin supporter, you need to do your homework HS.

No, she's not a Palin supporter. And she is right. There are more than a few 'vanity' candidates who found themselves the front runner at one time or another through this campaign. Gingrich and Cain among the top two.

The funny things is...even if Gingrich is just out to sell books...he's still the smartest, most competent contestant we have right now...that's right I wrote contestant...this whole primary has been a, "come on down" primary and not a one of them should be taken seriously. Romney or Gingrich have the best shot at beating President Obama but I'm really not sure either can and I don't think either would be greatly effective Presidents. Both would be Presidents that history books would skim over.

If she wants to be treated as more intelligent, she could work harder at earning the image, starting with how she talks.

Oh please, how do you talk, sir?

Why are people STILL bashing Palin? It was bad enough before. Now she's not even running and some people STILL won't let it go. Pathetic.

As for the video...this was a low blow, RW. Fiendish. Diabolical. Well played, though.

Newt might not get Meghan's vote, but we know he will do well with the staff at Tiffany's. They just love the guy..and what heavy hitters they are.
