Honestly, this insane ad campaign from Cain feels like some stupid high school schtick. The president of the united states is such a difficult and complicated job, and the consequences of the decisions made by a president are so huge, how can any responsible American vote for a guy running a campaign like this.
DanL, this is from a site called "Bad Lip Reading." There are videos like this of Rick Perry, Mitt Romney, Michele Bachmann, and now Herman Cain. There may be others, but those are the ones I have seen. It's just poking fun at the candidates.
My personal opinion was Rick Perry's and Herman Cain's were funny in part because the guy doing the voice over is pretty believable. The one doing Michele Bachmann is less so because it is a guy imitating a woman's voice, and it's obvious. The one doing Mitt Romney is very funny, except it's with the same southern drawl, so it is not believable that it is actually Mitt Romney.
The Perry one is my favorite. I didn't care for the Bachmann one, and the Obama take wasn't well done either. Mitt's was pretty funny, Cain's is good but a little too long.
I agree that doing the southern drawl in the Romney vid took a little away from it. Even a bad Mitt impression would have been better.

What the ^&*( was that gibberish? Is this ad a play for Ron Paul supporters?

I am not a Cain fan but to be fair ... this id not an ad from his campaign. It is a "bad lip reading " video.
They did one awhile back on Rick Perry.... it was funnier than this one.

HaHaHaHa!
Dan, I don't blame you for mistaking this for one of Cain's real ads.
It fits their M.O.!
