A survey of 750 Likely Republican Primary Voters in New Hampshire was conducted on September 21, 2011 by Rasmussen Reports. The margin of sampling error is +/-4 percentage points.

I don't know that I'd call 39% running away with it. I'd feel a lot more comfortable with that number in the upper 40's or higher, especially with two others in the teens.
