Rasmussen Poll: Romney on top of GOP, Perry 2nd

If the 2012 Republican Primary for President were held today would you vote for Mitt Romney, Michele Bachmann, Rick Perry, Tim Pawlenty, Ron Paul, Newt Gingrich, Herman Cain or Jon Huntsman? (From June 14, 2011)

Mitt Romney 22% (33%)
Rick Perry 18%
Michele Bachmann 16% (19%)
Ron Paul 10% (7%)
Herman Cain 9% (10%)
Newt Gingrich 6% (9%)
Tim Pawlenty 3% (6%)
Jon Huntsman 2% (2%)
Some other candidate 4% (8%)
Undecided 9%
NOTE: The following candidates were also named in the survey and are combined in the “Some Other Candidate” category: Thaddeus McCotter, Gary Johnson, Buddy Roemer, Rick Santorum.

The survey of 1,000 Likely GOP Primary Voters was conducted on July 28, 2011 by Rasmussen Reports. Likely GOP Primary Voters include both Republicans and unaffiliated voters likely to vote in a GOP Primary. The margin of sampling error is +/- 3 percentage points
