President Obama: Unemploment...The Economy....'What Me Worry'

It's easy to understand why President Obama and his administration take the bad economy and high unemployment with a grain of salt, THEY'RE WORKING! They're not worried about paying the rent or putting food on the table.

Why else to we hear this sort of nonsense? Why else would they be throwing the BS to the American people when it comes to the economy and unemployment?

Here are 2 examples of their latest efforts that I will call 'Project BS' for the sake of this post.

Jay Carney:

David Plouffe: "People won't vote based on the unemployment rate, they're going to vote based on: 'How do I feel about my own situation? Do I believe the president makes decisions based on me and my family?' "

Mitt Romney Responded to Project BS with the following:
"Today's abysmal jobs report confirms what we all know - that President Obama has failed to get this economy moving again. Just this week, President Obama's closest White House adviser said that 'unemployment rates or even monthly jobs numbers' do not matter to the average American.
"If David Plouffe were working for me, I would fire him and then he could experience firsthand the pain of unemployment. His comments are an insult to the more than 20 million people who are out of work, underemployed or who have simply stopped looking for jobs. With their cavalier attitude about the economy, the White House has turned the audacity of hope into the audacity of indifference."
It's obvious that President Obama and his advisers are out of their league and their element. Maybe they would be enlightened if the just read the data from most of the national polls. The ECONOMY and JOBS are the the most important issues in America today. To say that these issues aren't being discussed around the dinner table misses the whole point. And that point is, that these issues are being discussed by most people SOMEWHERE. Perhaps around the cooler at work where employees are wondering which one will get ax next? Perhaps between parents and children when the kids are asking why they can't get that new pair of sneakers or slacks. Perhaps between young couples when they choose to rent a movie and eat in rather than go out for the night.

So DON'T KID YOURSELF President Obama. It's being discussed and it's a topic most Americans are getting tired of. You and your cronies will find out soon enough! YOU'LL BE ABLE TO RELATE! You see, unlike you, there are individuals out there like Mitt Romney who would be IN THEIR ELEMENT.

I realize that during the primary season, we have to expect a contentious fight to select the GOP nominee, but this post is the reason I believe we HAVE to rally and unite behind the eventual Republican nominee, because we MUST defeat Obama.

All this talk of "if it's not my favorite I'm going to vote 3rd party" is just plain foolishness! This current administration is so over their heads. I don't want to risk 4 more years of their failed policies and their "audacity of indifference."

I agree, Noelle and Ann. We need Ronald Reagan's "big tent" to rescue our country. The oft repeated arrogance of, "If some RINO is the nominee, I will stay home, or even vote for BHO," will sink us for sure. None of those folks are really in a position to judge exactly what a "RINO" is, or who should be justly fitting for such a nebulous perjorative. Only one GOP candidate has polled well so far against Obama. We all know who he is. His resume dwarfs all others. I call for all decent, freedom loving Americans to rally behind the clear front-runner now, so that we can avoid four more years of Obama's marxism nightmare.

Obama's indifference to American's needs and desires will lose him the election.

Romney / DeMint in 2012!

My oldest son is just out of college and has been looking tirelessly for a position.

Many of his friends are in the same problem.

He's getting foe disillusioned and depressed each day.

Something has to change.
