I consider myself to be somewhat of an expert on Dick Morris, but I honestly didn't see this one coming. Here is Dick giving Romney a fair shake. At the end, he states that "the Republican Party can do a lot worse than Mitt Romney" and "Mitt Romney can defeat Barack Obama" and "no matter what you think, President Romney has a much better ring to it than President Obama."
I am baffled. Dick does not sell books to Romney supporters, so why? Here he was back in October 2010 telling a Tea Party gathering that he "opposes Mitt Romney."
During the 2008 Republican primaries, Morris did not utter a single, kind word about Romney. Why the sudden change of heart? I honestly have no clue. It is not because there aren't other Tea Party candidates for Morris to push (Bachmann, Santorum, Palin). We will have to wait and see how this plays out.

Wow! I'm shocked. I never thought I would hear Morris say anything positive about Romney. It wasn't 100% positive, but that's understandable. Like all candidates, Romney is not perfect, and we Romney supporters have a lot of work to do to educate our friends and acquaintances about Romney's strengths, and Romney has a lot of work to do still to get his message out there, but I am pleasantly surprised to see a basically honest assessment of Romney coming from Morris.
Very nice words but now I have to stop saying that Dick Morris wrong most of the time.
Not only did Morris talk badly about Mitt in 2008, but he has done it ever since!
He has repeatedly appeared on Hannity's TV show and radio show, and BASHED him!
But suddenly, Huckabee drops out, and Mitt is great for Morris now???
I'm thinking Morris had been angling for a job in Huckabee's campaign, and now is stating his true beliefs.
Pablo,
You might want to consider changing the headline. LOL

Yes, I was gonna say that lol
Dick Morris is still..well...a dick.
LOL!!!
This is very disconcerting, to say the least!

Reality has finally set in for Dick Morris. He sees the writing on the wall and knows that Mitt Romney is the one to unite behind if we in the GOP want to defeat Obama.
Is Morris looking for a new gig?
Morris is just as big a hypocrite as those like Rick Santorum who were with Romney in 08 and now are against him.
Morris is just as SLIMY as ever. The only difference is, that now he thinks with kind words he'll sell a few books to Romney supporters. Remember Huckabee's supporters ARE GONE. Morris knows he needs to generate new income.
Morris is just trying to hang on to what little is left of his credibility while semi-justifying his past hostility toward Mitt.
He gets paid by Fox to objectively critique politics, and if he were to keep insisting that Romney can't win because of MassCare, he would be laughed out of a sweet gig.
