Sarah Palin Defends Donald Trump's Birther Investigation

I appreciate that the Donald wants to spend his resources on something that so interests him and so many Americans, you know more power to him....
I think that he was born in Hawaii because there was the birth announcement put in the newspaper. But obviously there is something there that the president doesn't want people to see on that birth certificate, that he sees going to great lengths to make sure it isn't shown. And that's perplexing for a lot of people.......
Here she was last night on the Judge Judy Show:

The Full story is HERE.

Should you be judged by the company you keep?

The great news about this has nothing to do with Birtherism versus Anti-Birtherism. The good news is that if Mrs. Palin does not run herself and had to make a decision between a guy from MA and a guy with Balls, it suggests that she would chose the least bad candidate of the two.

Palin should probably keep her mouth shut, especially since the babygate story has gone mainstream. Brad Scharlott, associate professor for journalism at Northern Kentucky University, continues to make his voice heard - this time in the mainstream. Seems many people are also asking to see her son's birth certificate. Over the past few days the babygate issue has blown up with her Bill McCallister,( her director of communications in 2008) throwing himself into the fray and threatening to punch Professor Scharlott. This is a very telling article with a lot of interesting facts. http://politicalgates.blogspot.com/

I see the liberal Birthers are out again, but I am not holding my breath for Pablo to call them crazy.

"Seems many people are also asking to see her son's birth certificate." Like who? Ellie perhaps?

Think about this for a minute, Sarah's ALWAYS been a fictional character created for her adoring public, tailor made to THEIR interests by the Republican party, solely to gain their vote. Sarah can slap on a fluffed up wig and an American flag, but she is now nothing more than a hired attack dog. She wasn't part of the budget negotiations, she has now been reduced to emotional outbursts and name calling. The faked pregnancy was just part of her political game, however she actually though she could pull if off. Candy Crowley is now talking about it.

One more thing...Ellie is also probably onto this, however we are two separate people.

It doesn't take balls to play to the Birthers, if you have no intention of running for President.

However, it takes brains and balls NOT to play to this story if you are.

Palin must be choosing Option 1 from my post the other day.

Doug NYC GOP said...

I always laugh how people equate throwing out red meat as having balls. All it is, is pandering to your base.

Not exactly risky business.

Pablo said...

Doug,

Your comment is spot on. Throwing out red meat is the opposite of having balls.

"I see the liberal Birthers are out again, but I am not holding my breath for Pablo to call them crazy."

Obama was born in Hawaii. Trig is Palin's son. Let's stop with this nonsense.

Obama was born in Hawaii, Trig is Palin's son, but not her biological son.

Pablo,

Palin agrees with you about Obama being born in HI. A lot of people believe it's rather odd that he would spend $2million to keep his BC hidden. Why not just show it? While Trump is certainly going a bit overboard, he has every right to do he's doing....unless, of course, you have a problem with free speech like your buddy Lindsey Graham.

It's to bad the Palin doesn't have someone looking out for her best interest. It certainly isn't Fox anymore.

This was obviously a question that was so out there so they through it out hoping she'd bite and she did.

Here answer was a big mistake. Any credibility she had left has just evaporated in he response above.

Dumbass anon,

"I think that he was born in Hawaii because there was the birth announcement put in the newspaper"

It's not her responsibility to tell Trump what to do. He's a big boy.

I'm thinking about going nuclear on you clowns until Bosman just pulls the plug on me. It's probably time for me to move on.

This is America.

Even Donald Trump is entitled to Freedom of Speech.

How is Sarah Palin wrong?

This is what happens. People use words like:

OJ, for the record, on Sundays, I'm in church from 11am to 2pm. If you can do simple math, you'd know that was not me. Anon, I read this a few days ago.

I can totally see Ms. Palin endorsing a Trump candidate. It does not take 'balls' as some said, to endorse someone like Trump. It just takes someone skilled in pandering to a certain faction of the party.

OJ< that would be mountain time.

OhioJOE said...

"It's probably time for me to move on." I know what you mean. It is almost getting to the point where it would be more productive to bang my head against the wall. One wonders where these characters come from.

Let's not forget that when Palin was FIRST asked about the birther issue (a year ago or so?), she said that it was a legitimate question.

If you watch the video...it's pretty obvious that Palin was being facetious...she was practically laughing when she was commending Trump on his investigation. The only portion she said she was in favor of was him having the right to spend his money investigating the issue...the issue is important to a certain section of the electorate and if Trump wants to appeal to those people then I guess he has that right.

Has anyone else noticed that when Palin came on the scene, the conversation now has a lot to do with certain body parts?

I'm really growing tired of it--and all of the other four letter words she so fond of.

RW...just tell the good people at c4p about the no ban policy on this site and see if the powers at be appreciate the negative Romney stuff that will come out...or go to Huck's Army and do the same. Why should the Palin supporters...you know the ones that give this site the traffic it gets...always be on the defensive and be ridiculed by looney conspiracy theories led by the far left and by "level-headed" Republicans who refuse to look at Palin with anything but negative comments fueled by their lack of desire for knowledge.

"Let's not forget that when Palin was FIRST asked about the birther issue" Ah no, it was actually the Clinton camp that brought it up first.

"I'm really growing tired of it--and all of the other four letter words she so fond of." Oh please, I guess you don't have many liberal facebook friends, they can't post anything without an F in it.

Right Wingnut said...

JR,

I wouldn't do that to Bosman.

By the way, I've been told by many C4P regulars that they don't like the anti-Palin bias of the site. They've seen the truther garbage, the "Palin is dumb" commentary, etc. If you're a Romney supporter, I suppose that suits you just fine, but it doesn't help grow the reach of the site.

Right Wingnut said...

Anon at 6:33,

Go F*ck yourself.

@jeerseyrepublican,
It has been my experience that Palin lacks the desire for knowledge. She prefers to speak via RAM, who also lacks knowledge, but does like four letter words and male body parts.

The apple doesn't fall too far from the tree, as they say. I've noticed that many of Palin's supporters also seem to have the same problem with foul language.

OJ, you're right, I don't talk to too many people who use bad language. I've got better things to do. But honestly, it seems like Palin is obsessed with certain male body parts. She references them frequently. I find it really distasteful for anyone to do so, but being a little old fashioned, I find it particularly offensive coming from a woman, especially one who wants to lead the nation. Surely she can find a better way to express her thoughts.

Or maybe she can't.

ellie said...

Gosh! I go away for a few hours, and bombs fly! I am pretty darn sure that the President was born in Hawaii. I think it he laughs and does not present the 'proof' that Palin thinks she wants (ironic, eh?) because every time trump or someone else in the birther birdcage mentions this - including Palin - they look like fools.

As far as I'm concerned, you can shove the detergent right up your ass.

Folks, pay no attention to the fellow with the temper. Hehe. Apparently, he suffers from the same lack of intelligence/language skills as his fearless leader.

Ellie - Exactly! These birthers make the right ridiculous! Obama has nothing to lose and everything to gain by keeping it going.

BOSMAN said...

I honestly think this was a set-up by Fox. similar to the boob question that was asked by Greta.

We can srgue that she should have just not answered it, but that's not her style.

I'm more upset with Fox than I am of Palin's answer. Trump has every right to spend his money any way he wants. Palin simply said the same thing. It would have been politically better for her to probably say with a smile, I'll pass on that, but she didn't.

It shows their true colors at Fox. Palin was always loyal to them, and now it seems they are looking for any opportunity to throw her under the bus. That's just MHO.

BOSMAN said...

Anon,

We don't mind people who are anti-Palin here. What we don't tolerate though, is name calling A55HOLES!

Right Wingnut said...

OJ,

If you ever get burned out by the truthers, The Right Scoop has a good forum for conservatives. There's some anti-palin characters, but they're more like Doug and Rev, and less like Martha and Ellie. I doubt Mr. Right Scoop would tolerate Trig Truthers on his site. Bill hangs out there from time to time.

@Bosman,
I think Fox has made it very clear that they are sooooo over Palin. Every time she's on everyone talks about her stupid comments for days....and that's their method of throwing her under the bus. I also think she has told Fox in confidence that she's not running for president.

dd

ellie said...

DD, I think huckabee has told them the same. I think that because last month they let Santorum and Gingrich go - but not Huckabee and Palin. which tells me they have already told Fox 'no' in confidence.

Anonymous said...

@Ellie, I'm pretty sure one reason Palin won't run for president is because she can do so much more for Ak from her desk at Fox. That is why she quit her gov job...so that she could do more for Ak, right?

DD

Anonymous said...

I didn't watch the video or all the comments, but it does seem that stretching what Palin actually said to mean she defends his birther investigation, meaning she is a birther, seems dishonest. What is she supposed to say, don't spend your own money how you want?

Kind of like this site...about 50 Romney supporters, 3 Huck supporters that hardly ever comment, and 5-6 Palin supporters who don't participate much because of the nasty attitudes of some of the Romney supporters. Broad spectrums. You might as well just turn it into a Romney 2012 site.
