Former Massachusetts Gov. Mitt Romney will participate in a New Hampshire presidential summit on spending and job creation at the end of this month, the tea-party affiliated Americans for Prosperity Foundation announced on Monday.
“The American people are eager to hear how Governor Romney and other speakers might plan to change the ‘spend now, pay later’ culture in Washington,” AFPF President Tim Phillips said in a statement.
Romney will share the stage with Tim Pawlenty, Rick Santorum, and Herman Cain.

The summit has room for one more potential candidate. Other invitees where, Haley Barbour, Sarah Palin, Newt Gingrich, Mike Huckabee, and Michele Bachmann.

I'm glad that Romney has accepted this invitation.

I hope Right Speak is able to get a live feed. Now that would be fun.

Hey anon,

We don't need the spam there buddy. We get that you are a deluded, bigoted, disturbed, confused, and frankly petty individual. You don't need to share.

Anon,

Trust me. You ARE a bigot.

BTW, there's no such thing as a 14-Million-Member cult. And it was John in the book of Revelation who warned people to not add or subtract from it....he didn't say anything about the Bible, which wasn't even canonized in present form until after Athanasius, the bishop of Alexandria compiled the list of books that comprise the current King James Version for the first time in 367 A.D.

Mitt will protect his lead in New Hampshire, even though he is miles ahead. Nice to see Pawlenty speak here as well. He's only 35 points behind Mitt in the state....pretty gutsy to contest it.

Dave, nice explanation. So try explaining joseph smith, mormons not letting blacks participate in anything until recently, God said i am a jealous God, yet mormons believe they can become Gods themselves etc

I'm glad that Mitt is out and about more lately.

Larry,

If there is any possibility of a live feed, we'll have it at Right Speak.

Anon,

Jesus said that we are Gods in embryo and quoted Psalms to prove it. Blacks have participated in the church for more than 175 years. Joseph Smith was a prophet.

The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints was founded by modern revelation, and it's been run on that basis ever since.

dave,

so do you think its gods will or way, when blacks were barred from participation in certain things? Is that right? Is it gods way to allow polygamy?

Anon,

You're WAY too ignorant to argue with. Jesus referred to HIS God as the God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob on multiple occasions in the New Testament.....3 of God's Old Testament prophets, each of whom had more than one wife. If you'd ever read the Bible, you would know that.

Revelation should have been sought on the matter of Blacks in the Priesthood before it was, but when it finally was, God's answer was unequivocal, and Blacks have held the Priesthood ever since. Any fault therein is that of men, not God.

Instead of asking me, you should ask the hundreds of thousands of blacks in the church if they feel discriminated against. I've known a lot of them and they're proud to be Mormons.
