John Sununu: No to Huntsman, No to Gingrich, Yes to.....

John Sununu, the very popular former Governor of NH, former Chairman of the NH Republican Party, and former chief of staff to George H.W. Bush, made his feelings about the 2012 Presidential race known in a Real Clear Politics interview:
.....Huntsman won't play well here. Huntsman won't play well anywhere, because Huntsman's only barely a Republican," Sununu said in a lengthy interview Wednesday afternoon......
....."I think Gingrich forgets the impact of him sitting on the couch with Nancy Pelosi talking about justifying a carbon tax," he said. "There's no way he's going to win a Republican primary with that hanging around his neck, and he's going to learn that pretty quickly.".....
Does he like anybody?

Sununu is in Romney's camp this time around. Also significant is that Jeb Bradley has endorsed Mitt this time, after having not endorsed in the 2008 campaign.

Bradley is the Majority Leader in the New Hampshire state senate, and a former 2-term congressman.

Mitt is the keynote speaker at a major event in the Northern part of the state tonight and the newly elected state chair, who has Tea Party credentials, is driving up for the event.

New Hampshire is a lock.

I have family in NH. They tell me Romney will take the state by a landslide this time around.

Romney scored lots of points with the McCain backers when he bowed out and immediately supported McCain.

Put those to camps together up there, and he's unbeatable.

I'm glad he doesn't like Gingrich or Huntsman.
