Newt Gingrich's speech at the University of Pennsylvania on Tuesday quickly took a turn for the dramatic when the first student to question him brought up his admitted extramarital affair and accused him of being “hypocritical” for espousing moral values.OUCH!
"You adamantly oppose gay rights ... but you've also been married three times and admitted to having an affair with your current wife while you were still married to your second," Isabel Friedman, president of Penn Democrats, said to Gingrich. "As a successful politician who's considering running for president, who would set the bar for moral conduct and be the voice of the American people, how do you reconcile this hypocritical interpretation of the religious values that you so vigorously defend?"
Newt, a bit of advise. if I were you, I'd leave the moral issues to others.

Thank God that was asked now instead of by Obama if somehow Gingrich managed to get the nomination.
Although I'm against gays marrying (civil unions are fine), I think Newts Gingrich is the wrong messenger for that message.
Newt Gingrich has some serious marriage problems, just as Rudy Giuliano has. However, the democratic party HAS NO VALUES; therefore, they cannot offend against their values. In other words, they can't BE hypocrites because they don't believe in anything. It doesn't stop them from calling all Republicans hypocrites. It is part of the political game, no denying it.

I only know Newt from the last few years. He’s very intelligent. Unfortunately, as I read about him, he wasn’t so smart back in the 1990s. Too bad; he could have been a contender.
Newt is no more than a distraction for the more serious candidates. If he decides to run, His candidacy will go nowhere.
